Trading Post's Subscription Service Program

The Subscription Service Program:

The "Subscription Service Program" is an optional program in which clients may participate and place a continuing or "standing" service(s) orders to be charged to his or her credit card or checking account. By completing the "Subscription Service Option" payment information with this Agreement, I authorize Trading Post Financial Service(s), Inc., hereinafter referred to as Trading Post, to automatically renew my Service(s) with Trading Post on a monthly cycle. Trading Post is under no obligation to renew my Service(s) if the authorized account(s) have been overdrawn or closed. Trading Post reserves the right to modify or terminate the "Subscription Service Program" in its sole discretion.

Service(s) Definition:

The term of "service(s)" in the this agreements refer to the following service(s) offered by Trading Post which are; all Online Trading Advisor service(s), Intellicharts ‘Pro’, ‘Web’, ‘Desktop’, Online Trading Room and Strategies/Analytics.

Payment Authorization:

I authorize Trading Post to withdraw payment for my service(s) from my credit card identified with this Agreement. Trading Post is authorized to withdraw payment equal to the cost of service(s) I have agreed to in US dollars plus applicable sales tax for my service(s) renewal. In order to prepare my Subscription Service order to renew before my service(s) expired, I understand that my credit card may be charged up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled renewal date. I agree to pay a $15.00 service(s) fee in the event a charge is returned for any reason. I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous charge credited to my credit card account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Trading Post. I shall hold Trading Post harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account.

Changes:

To change my Subscription Service method of payment, a new Subscription Service Agreement form must be submitted to Trading Post. If more than one Subscription Service Agreement has been submitted, the most recent Agreement will supersede all previous Agreements. Trading Post reserves the right to substitute new charts and/or change prices without notice. I understand that I will receive a 100% refund on any product where the price has been increased if I notify Trading Post within thirty calendar days of the date of the renewal, or the period specified by state law of the state where I reside for such refunds, whichever is longer.

Term:

This Agreement will remain in effect until you: (1) elect to alter or change any aspect of this Agreement by submitting a new signed Subscription Service Agreement; (2) send, in writing, your cancellation of this Agreement to Trading Post, with your signature, printed name, address, and Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number (for Canadians), or, if a business entity, a Federal Tax ID Number seven (7) days prior to your scheduled renewal date, or (3) stop payment of any withdrawals by Trading Post by notifying your issuing bank at least three days prior to the scheduled charging of your account. Cancellation will be effective in the calendar month in which it is received by Trading Post, provided that your account has not yet been charged for that month; otherwise, cancellation will become effective in the month following the month in which your notice of cancellation is received by Trading Post.
