Online Trading Advisor Waiver

I, hereby agree to be included in my selected Online Trading Advisor controlled room with Trading Post Brokerage services Inc.("TPBS"). By clicking the "Confirm Order" button for my order I accept the flowing terms and conditions:

1. I understand and agree that Trading Post Technology Solutions Inc. ("TPTS" or it's subsidiaries "TPBS" or "TPFS") is in no way guaranteeing a level of success in my trading results with the Online Trading Advisory., which is an advanced trading tool.
2. I acknowledge that Trading Post Financial Services Inc. ("TPFS") is only the marketing agent for this trading room. TPFS will perform the role of administrative manager and provide the program leaders for this trading room.
3. I acknowledge that I will be subscribing to a monthly service of my selected Online Trading Advisor ("OTA"). I understand that my OTA service will be renewed automatically every month or on my payment anniversary date according to Trading Post Subscription Service Program. For more details please see "Subscription Service Program" under the information header.
4. I acknowledge and agree that the subscription service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. I acknowledge and agree that actual trading results may vary from user to user. I accept that by using the strategies presented in the OTA's room, which can also be referred to as a trading tool, I will not hold OTA's, TPBS, TPTS and/or TPFS responsible for actual trading results or personal trading decisions based on this strategy.
6. This trading room is only to be used by those who are active traders. By agreeing to become a member of my selected OTA, I acknowledge that I am an active trader. I understand that my OTA reserves the right to discontinue service at its discretion, without notice, to any member.
7. I acknowledge and agree that currency trading is risky, it involves substantial risks of loss, it is not appropriate for everyone, and therefore only risk capital* should be used for trading. The use of advanced strategies compounds the risk involved.

8. I acknowledge and agree that no part of the material, information, processes, or techniques provided to me in this trading room may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express written permission from TPTS.
