Jennifer maintains the company's day-to-day internal operations with a focus on administration, accounting and human resources. She also plays an active role in facilities management and planning.

Douglas is a seasoned trader and experienced financial services professional. He manages all aspects of the company's investment advisory services in conjunction with its brokerage operations and provides specialized expertise in advanced trading analytics and strategies.
